Delete your ClockCard or Eventa account

You can request permanent deletion of your ClockCard or Eventa account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to the app whose account you want to delete.
Open the app's profile or account settings.
Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps, if that option is available.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address connected to your account. Choose the app below; the request will identify that app and leave space for your account email address.

If the button does not open your email app, send the request to admin@kosdllp.com.

For account security, we may ask you to verify that you control the account. Never send us your password or a one-time authentication code.

Data that will be deleted

Your authentication account and profile information for the app you specify.
Your organization memberships and consent records.
Your check-in records, attendance data, and associated location data.
Other personal data directly associated with your account in the app you specify.

Organization owners: You may need to transfer ownership or resolve organization responsibilities before deletion can be completed. We will explain any required step after receiving your request.

Processing time and retention

We permanently delete the account and associated personal data within 30 days after verifying and accepting the request. De-identified information that can no longer be linked to you may remain in aggregate reports.
